HONEYWELL AEROSPACE Project Management and Consulting In 2014 we worked on a six month project for the Honeywell Aerospace portal website. Responsible for the coordination and completion of multiple activities within the Aerospace RUN information technology department. We reviewed all aspects of the global web portal application performance, enhancements and stability for this billion dollar a year revenue generating web site. We worked globally with offshore teams, Asia Pacific (APAC), Europe (EMEA), Americas, to evaluate and revise HP-BSM monitoring reports, transactions and alerts to create a holistic view of Portal performance. We developed applications to enhance the reporting capabilities of the monitoring systems using VBA and scripting. We selected tools, advised on methodology and managed browser compatibility testing We determined performance and alert metrics, set deadlines, prioritized work, monitored progress and reported the status to upper management as we dove into the details of performance monitoring, identifying four areas for improvement; server side app, server side database, network, and code. |

MICROSUPPLY Software Architecture & Project Management Stage 1, we created a website that automated the electronic input of 42 vendors into a database that sorted and filtered by various criteria using the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of enterprise application integration strategy with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and used the Agile methodology. 150,000 products were pushed up to the website every four hours. Sales increased so dramatically the customer approached us for stage 2. Stage2, again using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology for an enterprise application integration strategy with service-oriented architecture (SOA) we integrated the website sales into an open source CRM to handle order fulfillment, marketing, invoicing and Purchase Order tracking. We modified and integrated the ecommerce shopping cart software and CRM sitting on Linux, Apache mySQL, PHP servers to work in harmony. Stage 3. The customer found that the number of Purchase Orders and cash flow tracking became overwhelming. We investigated the workflow process and found that by integrating the CRM into the Accounting system via an automated batch scripting application that we could streamline the workflow process and cut double entry time by 85%. We managed that application development project and implemented the system successfully. |

SCIENTIFIC MONITORING, INC. AEROSPACE SOFTWARE CONTROLS SYSTEMS Planed, tracked and managed the on-time and within budget delivery of leading edge aircraft engine research & development projects for the U.S. Air Force. We were accountable for overall success of projects, from initial needs assessments through design, testing, delivery and problem resolution. Led cross-functional teams comprised of internal employees and vendors. A $1 million plus project designing control systems and devices for high response turbine engine fuel valves, enabling the automatic monitoring and matching of engine vibrations to reduce damage during high-performance operations. We developed control system software utilizing MatLab, dSpace and C; wrote reports and developed test procedures; designed analysis software utilizing Java; and sourced, contracted and coordinated efforts of device vendors. Advised programming team on code architecture and assisted with J2EE and JAVA code logic design. Created monitoring and reactionary systems that were unique and as yet undiscovered previously. |

We designed Trouble Ticket and Asset Management application modules using the Agile waterfall methodology. The applications were integrated with an existing in house CRM/ERP application built with PHP and MySQL with a web user interface for internal and external customers. Hired programmers, held strategy meetings, planned and executed implementation of each module, managed post implementation support, created and held training classes while working with on and offshore teams. |
